From 1 October 2011 the requirement under section 10 of the Overseas Companies (Execution of Documents and Registration of Charges) Regulations 2009 no longer apply and any charges created by a FC registered company are not required to be delivered.

Charges created up to and including 30 September 2011 are still required to be filed and include any such charges that are being filed with the benefit of an Order of Court extending the 21-day filing period. Any charges with a creation date on or after 1 October 2011, that are delivered, are rejected.

However, if an FC company ALREADY has charges registered, they still accept OS MG02 and OS MG03 forms (satisfaction of the charge).
